Please note: Patina'ed silver (i.e.,oxidized silver) is a deliberate in-shop silver treatment that creates a thin layer of oxidation on the surface of the silver. The darkness of the patina may vary slightly with each piece. With normal wear, and more so for rings, the patina may fade and the coloring may transform to a rustic and unique faded grey, with a darker finish filling the more textured areas of your jewelry. A clear polish or jewelry lacquer can extend the life of the patina should you wish to preserve the original finish. As each customer has different preferences, I do not apply clear polish or otherwise lacquer-treat my pieces prior to shipment.
