Rustic patina-ed sterling silver ring made from 8 mm x 1 mm wire; hand hammered overall texture with center line and cross marks tooled into textured metal; dark patina finish (see note on patina below). Inner band can be stamped with a heart or cross; inside band is polished to a fine sheen without patina.

Note on patina finish: Patina'ed silver (i.e., oxidized silver) is a deliberate in-shop silver treatment that creates a thin layer of oxidation on the surface of the silver. The darkness of the patina may vary slightly with each piece. With normal wear, and especially for rings, the patina may fade and coloring may transform to a rustic and unique faded grey, with a darker finish filling the more textured areas of your jewelry. Jewelry polishing cloths will also remove some (if not all) of the patina. A clear polish or jewelry lacquer can extend the life of the patina should you wish to preserve the original finish. As each customer has different preferences, I do not apply clear polish or otherwise lacquer-treat my pieces prior to shipment.
